Hardy Averon Streamer Fly Reel

A collaboration with Kelly Galloup, the Hardy Averon Streamer is the first reel of its kind. It adapts the reliable Averon platform into a specialized tool, re-engineered specifically for the high-performance demands of streamer anglers.

Designed for rapid line pickup and minimal line memory, the Averon Streamer features an extra-large arbor that reduce coils and promotes rapid line pickup. To further accelerate retrieval, nearly all incoming resistance has been removedallowing the reel to spin freely and clear slack line quickly with a slap of the handle or rim. A widened spool rim and increased spool mass enhance rotational momentum and durability, ensuring dependable performance in demanding conditions. Built with the precision and reliability expected of Hardy, the Averon Streamer is crafted for anglers who fish with intent.
