Garbolino Deluxe Multigrip Compact Butt Rest/Vertical Accessory Support

Garbolino Deluxe Multigrip Compact Butt Rest & Vertical Support

The Ultimate Multi-Tasker for Your Seatbox Setup

Tangled lines around bulky wing nuts are a nightmare of the past. Here at Gerrys Fishing, weve seen plenty of accessory arms, but the Garbolino Deluxe Multigrip Compact Support is a masterclass in streamlined design. Whether you need a rock-steady feeder butt rest or a secure vertical mount for your pole sock, this compact arm delivers professional-grade stability without the clutter.

The genius lies in the Multigrip Open Compact system. Unlike traditional brackets that require you to dismantle your seatbox legs, this Open design clips directly onto any D25, D30, or D36 leg in seconds. By removing external screws and nuts, Garbolino has created a smooth, molded finish that is completely anti-snaga massive advantage when youre casting a feeder or shipping a pole at speed.

With a 25cm vertical tube, you have total control over the height of your accessories. One end features a standard screw fitting for traditional rests, while the other utilizes the Pinlock system, giving you the flexibility to swap gear instantly.

Where to Use the Garbolino Vertical Accessory Support

This compact arm is designed for maximum versatility across multiple disciplines:

• Feeder Fishing: Use it on a rear leg as a perfectly adjustable butt rest, allowing you to fine-tune the angle of your rod tip for better bite registration.

• Pole Fishing: The ideal vertical support for a Pole Sock or Tulip Grip. The 25cm adjustment ensures your pole sections sit at exactly the right height for effortless shipping.

• Tight Platforms: Because its compact and mounts on a single leg, its perfect for narrow wooden platforms where every inch of space counts.

• Float Fishing: Mount a spare rod rest or a landing net keeper to keep your gear organized and off the muddy bank.

Gerrys Pro Tip

The dual-ended design is a stroke of genius. I personally use the Pinlock end for my pole sock when Im on the long pole, then flip the tube around to the screw thread end for a butt rest when I switch to the feeder. Because the bracket is Open, you can move it from your front leg to your rear leg in about five seconds without having to take off your side tray or other gear. Its all about staying efficient!

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Open Compact mean it snaps onto the leg?

Yes! You dont have to slide it over the top of the seatbox leg. The bracket opens up, clips around the leg, and locks securely. This is a life-saver if youve already set up your side tray or other accessories.

Is it really anti-snag?

Absolutely. Because there are no protruding plastic wing nuts, your line (whether mono or braid) simply glides over the molded bracket instead of wrapping around it during a cast or when playing a fish.

What can I fit onto the Pinlock end?

The Pinlock end is designed to work with Garbolinos range of quick-release accessories, such as their pole socks and net heads. It saves you from having to screw and unscrew gear at the end of every session
