Blade Runner

When we designed RIO’s Steel Plow for steelhead, many folks commented that it would also make a good hopper. With that feedback, we set out to do just that. The white poly wing is easy for the angler to see, and the thick, two-tone foam body has plenty of buoyancy to suspend your favorite dropper.
