Whiting spey feathers are the material used in the classic piglet flies.

These are completely unique feathers that give the flies a very special float in the water and shrimp flies tied with spey feathers have an almost mythical attraction to sea trout.

These feathers are also excellent for salmon and sea trout flies and the longest feathers are also fantastic in the tail of pike flies.

This is a saddle from the place on the cock that sits behind the neck, the neck is the best but also a significantly more expensive product.

These are available in two grades, silver and bronze, with silver being the best.
