The body section features a salt infusion that is distributed heavily toward the back of the bait and lightly near the head. This off-set salt distribution forces the lure to slide backward and away from the angler after water-entry and into areas where big bass lurk with a natural, non-intrusive decent. With less salt at the head of the bait durability increases and hooks are less likely to tear out, making this lure last fish after fish. Evergreens time-tested squid scent is infused during construction giving predators a taste they wont spit out before the angler can react.

When it comes to rigging, Evergreen recommends a wide-gape worm hook rigged through the head portion with the hook tex-posed out of the back end of the body. More rigging options include using it as a finesse jig trailer, Texas rigged, and even free-rigged.
