Among the early Heart Land models, the masterpiece “Small Plug Special” adopted a full solid blank and popularized finesse plugging.
HL 722LRSB-24 is a rod that makes this Small Plug Special tubular, equips it with cutting-edge technology, and upgrades it to modern specifications.
By making it tubular, the blank becomes lighter, and by adopting a stiffer tip, operability and castability are improved. Once a fish is hooked, the slender and thick tubular blank equipped with modern technology shows a bend reminiscent of the full solid Small Plug Special.
A rod has been born for enjoying small plugs to the fullest.
