Daiwa Fuego LT 1000 Spinning Reel

FuegoLT 1000 Spinning ReelFuego LT has a ZAION V carbon-fiber body, not the nylon-based plastic in other manufacturers reels at this price point. The new Fuego stands alone in the marketplace at this price. You also get some weight reduction (3%5%) as a result of this material design change.Fuego also uses an Airdrive Rotor, which reduces quite a bit of weight. Daiwa also incorporated a solid Airdrive Bail versus a tubular design. The reason for that is that the metal Daiwa uses is very strong, rigid, and doesnt bendyet its thinner and lighter. The goal was to reduce the weight of the rotation, which reduces the weight of the reel as well. It also makes it easier to turn the handle.FeaturesAir BailDaiwas innovative bail design features a hollow tubular stainless steel bail that delivers maximum rigidity and strength with minimum weight. Featuring a smooth, protrusion-free design and construction, the line easily slides unencumbered along the Air Bail towards the line roller for trouble-free line control.Air RotorLighter, stronger, and more balanced than any rotor system thats come before, Air Rotor delivers a great leap forward in rotor design and function and delivers the ultimate reel sensitivity and rotational balance.Tough DigigearA further evolution of its predecessor, Digigear, Tough Digigear is our brand new digitally designed, machine-cut gearing system that ensures ultimate gear precision, rotational smoothness, and strength.Zaion V BodyA new generation of lightweight Daiwas resin and carbon material. The Zaion V material is both strong and incredibly lightweight.Specifications:Bearings: 6BB + 1 Gear Ratio: 5.2 : 1 Line Per Crank (inch): 25.5″Weight (oz): 6.2Mono Capacity: 4/250, 6/160 J Braid Capacity: 6/320, 8/200 Drag Max: 11Handle Position: Left/right Specifications:Bearing Count: 6+1Gear Ratio: 5.2:1Handle Position: Left/RightMax Drag: 11 lbsRetrieve Rate: 25.5″Series: FuegoStyle: SpinningBox Dimensions: 4″H x 5″W x 5″L WT: 0.75 lbsUPC: 043178169421
