This is a practical spoon for anglers who want a lure that can be matched to the way fish are actually feeding, rather than just thrown and wound back without thought.

The important part is choosing the right retrieve speed, depth, and water type so the lure is working where predators are looking.

Use it as a search option when fish are spread out, then slow down once you find follows, bumps, or bait activity.

A steady retrieve is the starting point, but pauses, rod twitches, lift-and-fall movement, and speed changes are what make the lure look less mechanical and more like an easy target.

It is best used around structure, bait schools, current seams, weed edges, rock lines, or shallow feeding lanes where predators already have a reason to be hunting.

If the fish are holding deeper than the lure can reach, or if the water conditions call for a much quieter presentation, a different lure style may be the better tool.

The honest limitation is that no lure works everywhere.

Fish it where its size, sink/floating behaviour, and action make sense, and it becomes much more useful than a generic cast-and-wind option.

TARGET SPECIES: trout, perch, bass, mackerel, trevally, queenfish, and other fish that chase flash or small bait.
