70mm | 38g | Sinking

The Egi Metal Bancho Squid Jig #10 38 grams 70 mm is an egi-style squid jig for working deeper edges, weed, rock, and current where squid are watching for prey to stall.

The weight and size should be matched to depth, drift, and how quickly you need the jig to reach the zone.

Work it with sharp lifts to make it jump, then let it glide or fall on controlled slack.

The pause and fall are critical because squid often grab when the jig looks vulnerable, not while it is being ripped back at speed.

It is strongest around weed beds, harbour lights, deeper rock edges, and current seams.

If the jig is sweeping too high in the current, use more weight or change the line angle before assuming the squid are not there.

TARGET SPECIES: squid and cuttlefish around weed beds, rocky edges, harbour lights, current seams, and deeper egi zones.
