Fox Frontier II – X Camo Deluxe Extension

The Fox Frontier II-X Camo Deluxe Extension is a premium accessory designed to be a perfect fit for the larger Fox Frontier II-X bivvy. It provides all the same features as the standard Deluxe Extension but is finished in Foxs distinctive camo Ven-Tec fabric, ensuring a stealthy and coordinated look.

Key Features and Description

• Camo Ven-Tec Fabric: This extension is made from a high-performance, camo-colored Ven-Tec fabric with a 20,000mm hydrostatic head rating. This material ensures superior waterproofing and features a blackout laminate lining for a dark interior, which is excellent for reducing internal condensation and providing a shaded, comfortable environment.
• Massive Increase in Space: The extension adds a significant 1.5 meters of covered space to the front of the bivvy. This creates a spacious, sheltered porch area that can be used for cooking, socializing, or storing a large amount of gear, which is particularly useful for longer sessions or when fishing with a partner.
• Full Twin-Skin Coverage: A key feature of this extension is that its rear section is designed to completely cover the main Frontier II-X bivvy. This full twin-skin layer provides exceptional insulation, helping to keep the bivvy warmer in colder months and cooler in hot weather. More importantly, it dramatically reduces condensation, ensuring a much more comfortable and dry interior.
• Versatile Panel System: The extension offers a high degree of adaptability to suit changing weather conditions.
  • Rear Panels: All four rear panels can be completely removed, which allows you to switch between the full twin-skin setup and a cap style for increased airflow and a shaded front.
  • Side Panels: The solid side panels are fully removable and can be replaced with the included mozzy mesh panels, providing excellent ventilation while keeping insects out.
  • Front Panel: The front panel is also fully removable and can be swapped for a camo mozzy mesh front panel.
  • Door Options: The front door comes with two interchangeable options: a clear PVC window for visibility during rain and a solid camo panel for maximum protection and privacy.
• Robust and Stable Construction: The extension is built with a lightweight yet strong aluminum frame and Foxs reliable Cam-Lok frame supports. This provides a very stable and durable structure that can withstand harsh weather conditions.
• Dual Height Pegging Points: This thoughtful feature allows you to adjust the height of the extension to compensate for uneven ground, ensuring a taut and secure setup every time.
• Included Accessories: The extension comes with a heavy-duty groundsheet, mozzy mesh side panels, a mozzy mesh front panel, storm cord eyelets with cords, and a double-zipped carry bag for easy transport.
• Easy Attachment: The extension attaches to the bivvy using a simple and secure Velcro strap and D-Loop system, making for an easier and faster setup.
