Fox Frontier X Overwrap

The Fox Frontier X Overwrap is an essential accessory designed to enhance the performance and comfort of the Fox Frontier X Bivvy. It acts as a second skin, providing crucial protection against the elements and significantly improving the bivvys climate control. Made from the same high-quality, durable Ven-Tec fabric as the bivvy itself, this overwrap is built to withstand harsh weather conditions.

Key Features and Benefits:

• Advanced Climate Control: The primary function of the overwrap is to create an insulating layer around the bivvy. In cold weather, it helps to retain heat, keeping the interior warmer for longer. In the heat of summer, it provides additional shade and helps to keep the internal temperature cooler.
• Condensation Reduction: By creating a barrier between the inside of the bivvy and the cold outer air, the overwrap dramatically reduces the risk of condensation forming on the inner walls. This keeps your gear and sleeping bag dry, ensuring a more comfortable and hygienic fishing session.
• Ven-Tec Fabric: Constructed from 100% polyester Ven-Tec fabric, the overwrap is both robust and highly waterproof. This ensures excellent performance and longevity, protecting you from heavy rain and strong winds.
• Versatile Door Options: The overwrap comes equipped with three different door options to suit varying conditions:
  • Solid Door: Provides complete protection from wind, rain, and light.
  • Clear PVC Window: Allows you to maintain a view of the lake while still being protected from the elements.
  • Camo Mesh Door: Offers ventilation and protection from insects, perfect for warmer weather.
• Additional Ventilation: The overwrap also features mozzy mesh windows on either side of the door, further improving airflow and ventilation without letting bugs in.
• Enhanced Stability: The overwraps extending ribs are designed with storm pole attachments, providing extra stability and security in extreme weather conditions. The inclusion of storm cords, which are neatly stored in fabric pockets, offers an extra layer of protection against strong gusts.
• Lightweight and Compact: With a weight of just 4.6kg, the overwrap is a relatively light and easy-to-transport addition to your tackle. It packs down efficiently, taking up minimal space in your gear bag.

In summary, the Fox Frontier X Overwrap is a well-thought-out and highly effective addition to the Frontier X Bivvy system. It transforms the bivvy into a true four-season shelter, offering superior protection, insulation, and condensation reduction, making it an invaluable piece of kit for any serious carp angler.
