Fulling Mill Docs Calfeen Wulff Flies

Fulling Mill Docs Calfeen Wulff High-Visibility Dry Mayfly Pattern

The Docs Calfeen Wulff is a specialised dry fly for targeting trout during the Irish Mayfly season, especially on large waters where visibility matters. Designed for difficult light conditions, the bright white upright wings make this fly highly visible to the angler, helping detect even the subtlest takes.

This fly excels when fishing dry May patterns on loughs and large lakes like Corrib and Mask, particularly during the bright days of a hatch. The buoyant profile and wing silhouette imitate the natural dun stage, offering a confident rise response from trout.

Key Features:

• High-visibility white upright wings Ideal for spotting in bright or glare-heavy conditions
• Realistic mayfly dun profile for targeting rising trout
• Perfect for dry fly fishing on Irish loughs during the Mayfly hatch
• Expertly tied by Fulling Mill to proven patterns

This fly is a must-have for anglers who want precision presentation and strike detection during mayfly hatches. Keep it ready when fishing the wave or calmer slicks on bright days.
