Garbolino Addiction Feeder Bream 11 2 Sec

Garbolino Addiction Feeder Bream 11 2-Sec: The Master of the Slab

Targeting bream requires a specific balance of power and finesse, and here at Gerrys Fishing, we believe the Garbolino Addiction Feeder Bream hits that sweet spot perfectly. At 11 feet with a 2-section configuration, this rod is purpose-built for the angler who needs to punch feeders out to medium and long distances while maintaining the delicate cushion needed to prevent hook-pulls on soft-mouthed skimmers and big slabs.

Built on slimline and lightweight IM Carbon blanks, the Addiction Feeder Bream is surprisingly punchy. It features a progressive actionmeaning the further you compress the rod, the more power it reveals from the mid-section. However, unlike stiff distance rods, it retains a soulful playing action that absorbs the lunges of a big fish right at the net. It comes equipped with a mixed Cork/EVA handle for superior grip and a tubular reel seat that locks your reel down for total stability during heavy casting.

Precision Tip System

One of the standout features of this rod is the inclusion of the SUPERFLEX 2.2mm tips. To make your life easier on the bank, the power is indicated on the base of each tip, and the ends are painted for high visibility against dark water or sky. Whether you are looking for tiny flick indications from finicky winter bream or the wrap-around bites of summer hybrids, these tips offer the ultimate in sensitivity.

Where to Use

• Large Natural Venues: Ideal for searching out shoals of bream on expansive reservoirs or slow-moving rivers where distance is key.

• Commercial Match Fishing: The progressive action makes it a fantastic tool for hybrid and feeder work when big weights of silvers are the target.

• Medium-Long Range Casting: Specifically engineered to deliver consistent accuracy when casting traditional cage or window feeders into open water.

• Braid or Mono: The IM Carbon blank is refined enough to handle the direct nature of braided lines without being too harsh.
