Nash Scope OPS 10ft 3.25lb Abbreviated Rod

The Nash Scope OPS 10ft 3.25lb Abbreviated rod is the premium all-rounder for general carp fishing. It perfectly blends the superior feel and casting technology of the advanced OPS blank with the convenience of a compact packdown and a modern, minimalist grip.

Why Choose the 10ft 3.25lb Abbreviated for Advanced Angling?

• Premium Blank Technology: Built on a superior 30tonne high modulus carbon and low resin blank with a 1K Toray external weave, this rod delivers exceptional, crisp recovery. The 45 multi-directional fibre reinforcement significantly reduces twist, improving both casting accuracy and feel.
• Versatile All-Round Performance: The 3.25lb test curve is arguably the most versatile for the majority of UK and European waters. It provides the ideal balance of power for casting standard leads to medium range and a superior, progressive action for playing fish and minimizing hook pulls.
• Standard Performance Ringing: This model features the standard 40mm butt ring (as specified for the 3.25lb test curve models), perfectly suited to standard carp reel sizes and medium-range casting.
• Modern & Lightweight Grip: The Abbreviated Black Duplon handle (often referred to simply as Abbreviated in the Scope range) offers a sleek, minimal, and modern appearance, reducing weight and providing a secure, tactile grip.
• Compact Versatility: The 10ft length is ideal for restricted swims, boat placement, and general bank angling. The patented telescoping butt design reduces the packed-down size to just 50inches (127cm), offering unmatched convenience.
