Ross Reels – Animas Fly Reel

Ross Reels Animas Fly Reel

The Ross Animas Fly Reel blends classic reliability with modern innovation for freshwater and saltwater anglers alike. Redesigned in 2019, the Animas features a fully-machined frame and spool with ultra-large arbor geometry, reducing weight while maximizing strength and line retrieval speed. Eye-catching porting, a silhouette of the Colorado mountains, and two-tone aluminum accents add unique style to this powerhouse reel.

The improved composite-disc drag system offers increased stopping power with smooth, maintenance-free performance, while the updated drag knob provides enhanced grip. A machined canvas phenolic handle becomes tackier when wet for better control during long fights. From trout streams to coastal flats, the Animas is trusted by guides and anglers worldwide for its balance of durability, performance, and visual appeal.
