Shimano Metanium B Casting Reel

Shimano MetaniumB Casting Reel

Completely redesigned by Shimano engineers, the all-newShimano Metanium MGL 150 B Casting Reelis the most advanced Metanium ever produced. A premier tool no professional or avid angler should be without, it features the never-before-seen Magnesium CoreSolid Body, which delivers next-level durability, rigidity, and sensitivity in a weight-reducing package. In addition to the new body, the Metanium MGL 150 B makes casting lightweight baits further and easier a reality by integrating the MGLIII spool which reduces spool inertia 17% over the previous generation. Thanks in part to the SVS Infinity Braking, the newest Metanium also provides the ultimate in casting adjustability to accommodate a wide range of lures and techniques.

Boasting the MicroModule main gear similar to the previous generation, this time Shimano upgraded it with a solid brass construction for enhanced durability and smoothness that will last a lifetime. Coupling that ultra-smooth brass gearing with Shimanos Silent Tune technology results in reduced spool bearing vibration to maximize casting distance and improve cast feel. If youre looking to take your tournament game to a whole new level, pick up the Shimano Metanium MGL 150 B Casting Reel and smoke your competition with the pinnacle of performance in the palm of your hand.
