Blade jigging is currently gaining popularity across Japan.
This exciting method, which mainly reels fast, can bring in a wide variety of targets, including Spanish mackerel and yellowtail fish.
As blade jigging becomes more popular, the need for specialized tackle is gaining in proportion to its popularity.

The Grappler BB Type Blade was created in response to demand from anglers and to help bring the joy of blade jigging to more anglers.
The blank, equipped with Shimano’s unique reinforced structure, High Power X, has excellent torsional rigidity, reducing vibration even during fast reeling. It combines an exquisitely soft tip that won’t interfere with the bite of your target fish, with a powerful butt that can handle strong counter-attacks, supporting reliable hooking and a stable fight.
The reel seat has also been made thicker to ensure a stable grip and reduce strain on the angler.
