What we aimed for was a high-dimensional fusion of Shimano’s rod technology. The newly designed blanks are equipped with the evolved basic structure Spiral X core and reinforced structure Hi-Power X, eliminating rod wobbling when casting and power loss during fighting. Furthermore, by adopting a rainbow trout titanium ceramic coat, weight reduction and high sensitivity are achieved. As Shimano’s highest-quality area trout rod, we have thoroughly refined its casting performance, reeling sensitivity, rod operability, and fighting performance.

S66SUL: Long distance model with improved long distance casting performance. This item has improved response to big trout by increasing butt power than S62SUL.
