Shimano Vanquish FC C2000S

Shimano Vanquish FC C2000S: The Ultimate Finesse Specialist

Step into the world of Beyond Lightness. The Shimano Vanquish FC C2000S is the crown jewel for the ultralight angler. Crafted with surgical Japanese precision, this reel is the pure embodiment of the Magnumlite philosophyengineered specifically for those who demand the highest level of sensitivity and responsiveness from their gear.

Defying Gravity: Only 145g

While the larger models are impressive, the C2000S is a marvel of engineering, weighing a staggering 145g. By utilizing Shimanos exclusive Ci4+ composite and the Magnumlite (MGL) Rotor, the Vanquish offers the lowest start-up inertia in the industry. This means the rotor moves the instant you touch the handle, providing a level of lure control and feel that is essential for technical perch, trout, and light-rock fishing (LRF).

Precision Engineering, Zero Compromise

The Vanquish C2000S isnt just lightits incredibly advanced. Borrowing heavily from the flagship STELLA lineup, it features:

• InfinityLoop & Anti-Twist Fin: Perfect for the thin braids and light fluorocarbons used in finesse fishing. This system ensures ultra-slow oscillation for world-class casting distance and eliminates line management headaches.

• InfinityDrive & InfinityXross: Provides a silky-smooth, powerful rotation that remains consistent even when a surprising big one takes your light lure.

• Shallow Spool (S): Designed specifically for thin-diameter lines, the shallow spool ensures perfect line lay without the need for heavy backing, keeping your entire setup as light as possible.

Built for the Elements

Despite its delicate feel, the Vanquish is built to last. With X-Protect technology, the reel offers high-level water resistance, making it just as capable in the salt for light-game estuary work as it is in a pristine mountain stream.
