Trakker NXC Camo Hardcase Large

In an era where the average carp angler carries hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds worth of electronics to the bank, good enough protection just doesnt cut it. At Gerrys Fishing, weve seen too many expensive Deeper sonars and action cameras crushed in the bottom of a rucksack. The Trakker NXC Camo Hardcase (Large) is the definitive bodyguard for your high-value tech and delicate terminal tackle.

Built with a tough EVA hard shell, this case provides the structural rigidity needed to survive being sat on, stepped on, or buried under heavy lead bags in your carryall. The exterior is finished in Trakkers bespoke n-dura performance camo fabric, ensuring it matches the rest of the premium NXC luggage range. Internally, its all about organization and hygiene, featuring a wipe-clean PU lining and a heavy-duty mesh lid pocket for those easy-to-lose charging cables and SD cards.

Key Features & Performance

• Impact-Resistant EVA Shell: The hard-moulded exterior absorbs shocks and prevents crushing, safeguarding sensitive internal components.

• Wipe-Clean PU Lining: If a bottle of liquid additive or a battery leaks inside, the internal lining can be cleaned in seconds, preventing permanent damage or odors.

• Organized Storage: The lid features a heavy-duty zipped mesh pocket, perfect for separating small items like spare batteries, leads, and memory cards from the main compartment.

• Dual-Zip Access: High-quality, heavy-duty dual zips allow for fast access and ensure the case remains securely closed even when packed to capacity.

• Performance Fabric: Wrapped in NXC n-dura camo, this case is built for the long-term, resisting abrasions and fading.

Pro Tip from Gerrys Fishing

Electronics and damp air are a recipe for disaster. Even though this case is highly moisture-resistant, we always recommend tossing a small silica gel do not eat packet inside the mesh pocket. This will pull any residual moisture out of the air after youve used your tech in the rain, preventing corrosion on your charging ports over the winter months.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is the case waterproof?

The EVA shell and n-dura fabric are highly water-resistant and will easily survive a splash or a light rain shower. However, because of the zip closure, it is not submersible. Its designed to keep your gear dry inside your luggage or bivvy.

Will this fit inside the side pockets of the NXC Rucksack?

Yes! The 24cm length is designed to be modular. It fits perfectly into the larger side pockets of the NXC Rucksack and Carryall range, allowing you to build a customized, protected luggage system.

How do I clean the exterior camo fabric?

The n-dura fabric is very hard-wearing. If it gets muddy, simply wait for the mud to dry and use a stiff brush to flick it off. For stubborn stains, a damp cloth with a tiny bit of mild detergent will do the trick without damaging the camo print.
